Triple Bottom Line

Many organizations are striving to measure their performance using three dimensions: social, environmental, and financial or the so-called 'Triple Bottom Line'.  Financial performance is easily measured, and our ability to measure environmental performance has increased in recent years with such concepts as the 'Ecological Footprint' or carbon footprint.  Social performance seems to be the biggest unknown and will continue to be the most challenging to measure.  However, sustainability initiatives at any level are part of a social responsibility.  Each one of us needs to do our part, but where do we begin? and how do we get there?

As the inaugural post for Triple E Agent, let's establish where we are going with this.
